All right, we've now had multiple secrets opining that British broadcasting has produced nothing but reality TV in the recent past, and I would like to know what universe you all are living in.

Reality TV is incredibly profitable, more than any other kind of broadcasting. Of course the profits got to the fat cats in charge but plenty of money is funneled into high quality content. That high quality content has won countless awards and been lauded by audiences as the best programming they’ve ever seen. How the fuck you have managed to miss all of it is a mystery.

Right. I don't know who's making these secrets, but they seem to have inadvertently installed some sort of filter that prevents them from seeing any type of television other than the one type that they dislike.

I’d guess it’s the same anon who thinks television peaked with 70s British children’s shows.

idk man, it could be worse - they could keep pulling the Red Dwarf crew out for another season. (I love Red Dwarf but please let these old men retire)

You mean there's more than 6 series? Nah, I refuse to believe it!

Endeavour was a good show. I'm currently enjoying Chelsea Detective and just finished Magpie Murders and Ludwig, and they're all pretty good. Not sure which channels they're on, though.
